What to include in your message

A few details help us answer you faster:

• Your order ID, if your question is about an order
• The name of the bag, or a link to its page
• Photos, if an item arrived damaged or is not what you ordered
• The phone number you used at checkout

Questions about your order

To see the status of an order yourself, use our Order Tracking page with your order ID and billing email. If you need to change your delivery address or phone number, contact us as soon as possible with your order ID and the new details.

We deliver across Pakistan in 3 to 5 working days, and delivery is free on every order. All orders are paid by cash on delivery, so you pay the courier when your parcel arrives. Read more in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and damaged items

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Contact us with your order ID and the reason for the return, and we will confirm the return address before you send anything back.

The customer pays the return delivery cost. If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, send us photos within 7 days of delivery and we will cover the return. Full details are in our Returns Policy.

Not sure which bag is right for you? Contact us and tell us what you need it for – work, travel, college or everyday use. We are happy to answer questions about sizes, colours and materials before you order from our shop.

Payment questions

Every BagBliss order is paid by cash on delivery, so you never need to share card or bank details to buy from us. You pay the courier in cash when your parcel reaches you.

When we are open

BagBliss is open 24/7. You can send us a message at any hour of the day or night, on weekdays, weekends and public holidays. If you call and we miss you, send a WhatsApp message with your name and order ID.

Your details stay private

When you contact us, we use your details only to answer your message and handle your order. We share your name, address and phone number only with the courier company that delivers your order. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. Read our Privacy Policy to learn more.
